Step 1: HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

1. ALL OVERNIGHT ATTENDEES must make their room reservations DIRECTLY WITH THE SHAWNEE at 1-800-SHAWNEE (1-800-742-9633). Please tell the Shawnee clerk that you are with "the Episcopal Diocese of Newark" group in order to receive the group rates.

   Prices for this two-day package include two nights’ accommodations, six meals, use of hotel amenities, taxes and fees, etc.

   • Single occupancy: $250 per person
   • Double Occupancy: $175 per person
   • Packages cannot be adjusted or split. NOTE: should a double occupancy room become a single occupancy, the remaining guest will be charged a single occupancy rate.
     
     
2. HOTEL INFORMATION:

   • All guests must check in at the Front Desk, even if sharing a room.
   • Check in is 4:00pm; check out is 11:00am.
   • Please note that the Shawnee is a NON-SMOKING facility (with a smoking area on the Front Veranda).
   • There is wi-fi throughout the Inn, including the Delaware Lodge.
   • All room phone calls are at no cost.
   • No beverages or food of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the hotel.
