o        How we vest our children with responsibility in this process?

o        A reception with “teeth”

Ø       Sunday Procession – Churches to St. Mark’s

Ø       Picnic-tables for each church, but being together

o        Consider Family impacts

Ø       Banner “This is who we are”

Ø       Quilt of parishes

o        Adults and young people link experiences

o        Add on for future years?

Ø       Preparation for Confirmation – Pieces to do together such as parish visits – where confirmands can be hosts and guests

Ø       Getting people ready for Regional Confirmation

o        Educate – congregations

Ø       Get together before the April 29^th Diocesan Confirmation Session

Ø       Nightwatch at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine

Ø       Confirmation – Stress collegiality

o        Meet as a District beforehand

o        Have pieces that each congregation could do

o        Have all priests involved – reassuring to the people

Ø       Confirmation gifts – give same to all as District confirmands.

o        Bishop signs these in advance

Ø       Printed date on outside of gift instead of name or something else

Ø       Balloons!!  Crepe paper!!

Ø       Publicity

Ø       Car sign “Just about...”

Ø       District Choir – Advise now to plan
