REGISTRATION INFORMATION

REGISTRATION: PRE-REGISTRATION IS VERY IMPORTANT. Registration form(s) with payment must be postmarked by February 1, 2004. Full payment must accompany registration. Checks should be made payable to DIOCESE OF NEWARK. Registration must be made by mail or by delivering forms and payment to Celebrating Creative Congregations, c/o Kitty Kawecki, 31 Mulberry Street, Newark, NJ 07102.

COST: Registration is $25 per person or $20 per person for a group of 5 or more registering at the SAME time from the SAME church. STUDENT PRICE (age 21 and under) is $10. Includes continental breakfast available during registration, three workshops and a box lunch. Lunch will be taken on an individual basis depending upon which workshops you have selected. Lunches will be available beginning at 11AM. Unfortunately individual dietary requests cannot be honored.

LATE REGISTRATION: The cost for registration(s) sent in after February 1, 2004 is $30 per person or $25 per person for a group of 5 or more registering at the SAME time from the SAME church.

MARCH 13, 2004: Check-in will be held in the Paul Robeson Campus Center of Rutgers University, Newark Campus in the Cafeteria between 8:15AM-9:15AM. When you check in, you will be given your schedule of workshops and room numbers where they will be held. A light continental breakfast will be available during this time. Walk-in registrants will be charged $40 with no guarantee of workshop availability or lunch. Workshops will be held in the Robeson Center, Hill Hall and Smith Hall.

CHILD CARE: child care will be available for people registering by February 1, 2004 for children ages 2-6 at a cost of $15 per child, payable that day. Please be sure to check the "Will need child care" space on the registration form. You should plan to bring a lunch for your child to eat in the child care facility.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT AN ALTERNATE CHOICE OF WORKSHOP BE INDICATED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. WORKSHOPS WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
