REGISTRATION INFORMATION REGISTRATION by April 1, 2005 - FULL payment of $20 per person (includes continental breakfast and lunch) must accompany registration. Checks should be made payable to DIOCESE OF NEWARK. Registrations should be mailed to: Celebrating Creative Congregations, c/o Kitty Kawecki, 31 Mulberry Street, Newark, NJ 07102.

REGISTRATION after April 1, 2005 - The cost of registration after April 1, 2005 is $25 per person.

APRIL 30, 2005 - Check-in will be held in the Parish Hall of Christ Church, East Orange between 8:45-9:15 AM. You will be given a schedule of the day and the opportunity to select your two workshop choices. A continental breakfast will be available during this time. Walk-in registration will be $40.

CHILD CARE - Child care will be available for people registering by April 1, 2005 for children ages 2-6 at a cost of $15 per child, payable that day. Please be sure to check the "Will need child care" space on the registration form. You should plan to bring a lunch for your child(ren) to eat in the child care facility.
