Fabric Needed!
The physical team for NewArk #31 is planning on updating the talk banners. Plans are still underway, but we would like to begin to gather fabric pieces and also find out who among you would like to work on the project. There will be 15 banners - plenty of work to go around! Please email me at
marybethking07607@yahoo.com
if you have fabric to contribute or would like to help.
Thanks!

Palanca Prayer Network for NewArk #31
from Mary Beth King

Kathy Coffey, Coordinator for NewArk #31, has asked me to coordinate the traditional prayer vigil for the weekend. I thought that we might start now with prayers for the team as it begins its work, and for the raising up of potential candidates and sponsors. I am coordinating a prayer network that has undertaken a commitment of regular, intentional prayers for NewArk #31. My idea is not to be restrictive to a specific time of day, or length. Each person makes a commitment to some type of regular - ideally daily - prayer. It may take whatever form you are comfortable with - meditation, saying specific prayers, prayer using the names of team members, Anglican prayer beads, musical prayer, . . . whatever fits your style. The important thing is the commitment and the intentionality for NewArk #31. If you would like to participate, please email me at marybethking07607@yahoo.com or call me
at 201-845-5914 or check out the prayer page on the Newark Cursillo webpage at prayer page at
http://www.dioceseofnewark.org/cursillo/na31/prayer.html
I will put together a handout for the weekenders for their palanca to witness to the power of prayer through each of us. The traditional hourly prayer vigil throughout the
weekend will be formulated as we get closer to April.
