THE ISAIAH TEAM OF CONSULTANTS FOR CONGREGATIONAL DEVELOPMENT The Isaiah Team is a group of clergy and lay persons in the Diocese of Newark who have spent over 200 hours in training as congregational development consultants. Isaiah Team members are available as facilitators for vestry retreats, mutual ministry reviews, starting new groups, congregational planning, leadership development, and to provide assistance and training during the search or interim time. The Isaiah Team will also design a customized program to meet the specific needs of your organization.
