Convention Preparation:

Announcements, Prayers, Communion Hymns all up on the screen, Michael will send the bulletin and wants parts of it on the screen. John has the Bethsaida Team video. We'll need a vhs player to project. Susan wants to tape the Bishop's address and the sermon. The issue is the microphones and the bulbs for the projector. John will do nametags for the technology committee. Elections should be ok. Fox Pro is being updated.

Focus Group Feedback:

Susan's Stakeholders discussion groups. One was done here mostly tech committee and one for staff. Susan will e-mail the notes to us. There are two proposals that have come together. John said that one is the navigation with Rob C's java script, but he needs some help from Rob. The second proposal was the home page in the shape of a cross, identifying 5 categories of diocesan life. That will be an easier design to develop. Susan wants to have a couple of demos that could run at her exhibit to show what we're looking at. John will give Rob an outline and Rob will do the script and we can put screengrabs into a powerpoint.

ParishSoft - Michael's Dream

Russ has handed out some papers. He is using CMS software for parish management. They have merged with ParishSoft and Russ says that it looks to him as though it will do what Michael wants. Russ is using the calendar feature and loves it. He showed us a video demo. The demo was cool. It looks as though we need to have them come and make a presentation for us.

Statistics

Dennis showed us the files from Feb. - December in WebTrends. 1/2 Gig compressed onto cd. He ran every option e could so we could see the specrtrum. It was impressive and comprehesive.

Projector at Mulberry Street

It needs a bulb. The bulb needs to come out of the diocesan budget, but they need to know where the bulb comes from. Scott will help Susan find what she needs - e-mail him. We also need a directional mini-jack. Send it to scott@roberts-group.net and he'll see what he can do.

Next web workshop is April 17. Need blurb on ppt for convention.
