1. Convention

Table: Friday and Saturday: Ken Boccino, Ralph Lambert
It would be good to have forms for updating info in the directory, also to ask Ken to update his specs for the ideal parish systems. We should also might provide consutation about software, web site hosting, etc.

Projector Set Up: registration 10:30, Eucharist 1 PM, we can set up whenever. Altar is one end, business is the other end - if we can be set up at the place where the press used to be - close to Michael. We'll bring a monitor so Michael can see what is on the screen. We're doing 2 screens - rented carts and screens from the hotel. Placement - right and left back corners. John and Jan arrive 9:30 AM to set up. Steve will bring tape. John will make Tech Committee Name tags.

First presentation Russ make presentation on the balloting system. He'll provide us a ppt file.

Is there a way to get the budget into visual.

Seaman's Inst. has a ppt. Michael has told them to get to us.

4:15 first announcement

At the dinner, run prjections of the Jubilee Centers

Saturday AM.

Morning Prayer - Rehill step down, Dean Weber installed
Seating by Districts, helpful to have directions color coding on projector

Sometime, Russ report on Preferentional ballot.

Clergy Compensation report and resolutions to go up, as well as regular regular resolutions.

CDC - Michael will remind them that it would be good to have visuals on their report.

Steve will make a tech committee report -we're going to do the survey in Feb. March

Will Bert want to do any visual?? Michael will ask.

Russ says equipment has been tested and modifications are being made this week, so we'll be ready to go.

  
 

2. April Web Classes - April 27

Cindy is ready to go
Russ wants to do some fancy stuff - like roll-overs, search engine stuff (Cindy has metatag stuff in her presentation)

We'll do regular intro with consultants.

  
 

3. Equipment for Episcopal House -

cabinet and entertainment center in a cabinet - Steve was waiting for the budget approval - $$ come from 2001 hold over funds + 2002 $$
