Agenda:
- Web workshop, May 19, 2001 - Flyers went out today. One registration for the novice web master section. Steve needs to deal with the Dreamweaver copies and licenses.
- Johanna - other training? Steve bought the self-training materials. How do we advertize it? Should it be put into the Anand Center. Johanna has a few CD's of Office 2000. Johanna will take some copies down to Mulberry Street and will see if she can't put them in the Anand Center, with the real thing locked up.
- Staff training. Margaret and Chris are going to an Access class. Jennifer is asking about training. If it is not possible to attend a class, then time needs to be freed for staff to use the learning materials. It may be important to assess computer knowledge of new-hires, perhaps by asking what programs the person has been using.
- Ken and Michael have put together surveys. Michael has said that he would allocate employee time to carry out the survey. Let's get a copy of Ken's survey to Michael and ask him to see if putting them together is going to fly and then get it done. Steve and John will look for Ken's survey and follow up.
- Steve is trying to get an appointment with the Bishop. John and Johanna will join him if they can.
- John suggests that we get an e-group. Jan will make the group and we will have an on-line chat room meeting. The time and date will be 7:00 PM, May 10. Sign on for 30 minutes check in and go out.
