Attending: Steve Boston, Michael Francaviglia, John Rollins, Jan Paxton, Robert Harwood (Welcome!)

1. Workshop-4 registered for beginner workshop. We have 7 consultants for the beginner. Jan needs to send a note to Newark to let everyone know about the Master Class. John Murphy is registered for that. Steve is going to see about ordering workbooks for Dreamweaver and the license for 35 copies of Dreamweaver so we can send folks away with the workbook to have for reference. Steve is working with a new vender and is getting help on Microsoft stuff. Acrobat is a problem, but he's going to get the school to write the order.

2. Budget $6000, we spent the rest of last year on the new LCD projector. Steve is going to ask IDT about getting our own server and letting IDT manage it. Robert Harwood owns a business that hosts. Our idea, however, is to have the heavy duty server work. Steve will ask about whether they can run cold fusion so we can get data bases. Voted to pay John the $1500 stipend for 2002. Michael recommends that this be raised for 2003 and we will consider the amount at budget time.

3. Harwood and Michael had a discussion about the problems of using PDF's. Rob has some answers to go with the problems.

4. Michael brought up the response to the Denver conference and editorial board, communications strategy, etc.

Editorial Board: Michael, John, Tech Committee, Evangelism, Christian Ed, Ward Herbert, Youth, the Voice, Council.. stake holders.

Michael will invite people. Steve will bring it to Council looking for a rep.
