Present: Steve, Jan, John,

  1. Review Agenda
  2. Steve reported on the Diocesan Council presentation - council seems happy with us
  3. Plan for October 17 Program Faire: Jan and John are occupied - our church fair - Steve could do something-an overview of what we do and what we can do - give the webworkshop powerpoint and the projector - with that to jump off, Steve can go for hours. He'll make more copies of the Council 3-fold and John will give him the E-mail Directories.
  4. Plan for a Web Workshop in the Fall - How about November 7? 9 AM -12 Noon - e-mail committee for response-committment. Need at least 5 (7!) Of us - then do the flyer -web mail in September
  5. Detour - can we get the electronic directory onto a list-serve? Can Louie tell us how to set one up??
  6. Set next meeting date - Sept 8, 7:30, Christ Church Y'all come!
  7. Review software issues: We need to know where we are on the software stuff. Try sending letters to Larry ccing McKelvey and John Zinn telling him that we need his information by July 15. Steve will send him the letter. We can't figure out about the accounting stuff. Why don't we give them $50 each toward a copy of Quickbooks and then see from there.
  8. Review Goals ( in flyer for Council) The flyer is great. We need to get the Warden's conference on our calendar, if there will be one. We need to get some more folks at the meetings. The committee seems to be dwindled. - Try sending two notes - one with the dates and one with the minutes.
