Thanks to the generous support of congregations and individuals across our diocese, $177,805 in grants were approved by the Diocesan Council at their December 13, 2017 meeting With these funds our Alleluia Fund partners will assist many of the most vulnerable of God's people in our diocese.
It's not too late to participate. Your Advent gift to the Alleluia Fund will help to ensure that in the coming year...
- a long standing program in Hackensack will assist in providing shelter to over 500 individuals in three different locations
- 300 high school students in Newark will be assisted in their college dreams by a mentoring program that creates a culture of educational excellence in their schools,
- a shelter in Hoboken will serve 195,000 meals each year to homeless women and men, and
- much, much more!
